As part of the LEINN journey — the official bachelor's in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation — Travelling U designed and delivered a three- to four-week immersion across India, the most intense of all our journeys.

Working in partnership with Mondragon Unibertsitatea, we built it as two experiences in one. A leadership week moves through Kolkata, a rural stay in the Sundarbans mangroves and on to Agra — volunteering, a local-train journey and time for reflection that closes with each learner sharing a personal manifesto. A business expedition then changes the pace entirely: in Pune and Mumbai, teams test prototypes with Indian customers, research local business cases, look for suppliers and meet entrepreneurs at a relentless rhythm of company visits. Throughout training sessions, weekly team meetings and project coaching hold the experience together.

Learners leave India changed — with a clearer sense of who they are as leaders, and projects shaped by one of the world's great emerging markets.
