Resume
As part of the LEINN journey — the official bachelor's in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation — Travelling U designed and delivered a four-week immersion in San José, taking learners into Costa Rica's entrepreneurial scene and its deep-rooted culture of sustainability and social impact.
Working in partnership with Mondragon Unibertsitatea and hosted locally with Costa Rican university Fundepos, we ran it on the same team-based, project-driven model used across our journeys: training sessions, weekly team meetings, one-to-one project coaching and a steady rhythm of company and customer visits, rather than lectures.
Teams tested their projects against a new market, built a local network, and immersed themselves in the country's "Pura Vida" way of life. The four weeks build from landing and ecosystem discovery to real market contact and a closing round of final team presentations.
Learners leave Costa Rica with a tested project, a wider network, and a fresh sense of what business can be for.
