As part of the LEINN journey — the official bachelor's in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation — Travelling U designed and delivered a four-week immersion in New York City, placing learners inside one of the world's leading startup ecosystems and one of its most diverse cultures, with our campus in the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard as their base.

Working in partnership with Mondragon Unibertsitatea, we built it around team-based, project-driven learning rather than lectures: a 48-hour business sprint to open the journey, then weekly team meetings, training sessions, one-to-one project coaching and a constant rhythm of customer visits across the city.

Teams meet innovative companies and co-operatives such as Sure We Can, learn as much from New York's social movements as from its corporates, and take learning visits to Washington DC and Boston. The four weeks build from a fast-paced landing to project acceleration and a closing round of final team presentations.

Learners leave New York with a project tested in a real market, a faster way of working, and a wider sense of what entrepreneurship can stand for.
